The staff of IMCSS has a wide range of experience that covers nearly every aspect of computing from servers to the desktop. This experience comes not only from within the university, but also from companies such as McDonnell Douglas, Union Pacific, Bi-State Development Agency, ConAgra, and even the Rustenburg Platinum Mines of South Africa.
Computing Support Services will provide all Internal Medicine clients with timely and professional support to enable them to utilize the technology throughout the Medical School in the most effective and productive way possible. We will accomplish this by:
Being the central point of contact representing Internal Medicine Computing Support Services to Internal Medicine doctors and administrative staff;
Providing timely, accurate, cost-effective resolutions and information regarding the products we support;
Effectively managing service requests regarding supported products until they are resolved to the satisfaction of our customers; and delivering our services in a quality and professional manner.
