Marcus' expertise began upon entering the United States Army in 1984. He became proficient at database programming, desktop publishing, as well as troubleshooting workstations. For the remainder of his Army career and since leaving the Army, Marcus' experience has been composed of facility management, system manager, network manager, system administration, computer consulting, computer-automated security, and military intelligence.
